My name is Sapir Dahan. I'm a 33-year-old pastry chef from Israel and a graduate of Estella, the Israeli school of pastry arts. I've been hooked on baking, desserts and sweets for as long as I can remember.

I'm a mom to Lian and Yahav, and married to Yossi, my love and my very best friend, who puts endless effort into growing the site and the brand alongside his own startup.

So yes, there's no day in my house when the oven isn't on. I'm sure you know the feeling.

Over the years I've baked a LOT, mostly for other people but for my family too. I've worked with some great brands in Israel, traveled a lot, tasted many different and interesting things, and gathered a lot of knowledge and experience along the way, which I decided to share with you.

Here you'll find recipes for every level of experience, with photos, detailed explanations and, of course, tips. My recipes were first written in Hebrew for my readers in Israel, and every one of them has been tested in my own kitchen.
